The minute I met Peter Stamison, the real estate agent recommended by my attorney, I was greeted with such a warm, genuine smile, and he pretty much said to me, "I'll take care of all this for you, Carol." And, it wasn't just "realtor" talk. I've been around that block. The deal was done right then! Pete completely delivered on his promise ... as I knew he would. 😇 Peter readily saw my distress and need for someone to "hold my hand." I'm an older, retired senior and sure needed help. Peter never disappointed me. His kindness was constant and so reassuring through this difficult time, and he took care of the smallest of details. I still wonder how I got so lucky in finding him! Peter helped me in so many ways. He shipped some large family items to me and another family member, readily answered any questions I had, and took care of even the smallest issues with the house. He even bought a brand new front doormat for the Open House! 🌻🐾🐾 My brother's house was in such bad condition but in a beautiful area, and Peter secured all the right people at the right prices for a deep cleaning, painting inside and out, all new flooring, carpeting… et.al. and oversaw every aspect for a beautiful rehab. Once listed, Peter sold the house in less than two weeks for a great price, so much higher than any other model like my brother's. And, I never had to make the five hour drive back to Santa Clarita (with my sweet, old diabetic pup) after Peter and I had met! We communicated through phone calls, texting and emailing ... and anything about probate questions were easily clarified by Peter since he has probate knowledge and a probate realtor certification. Also, something Peter doesn't often mention is that he was even in four episodes of "Property Brothers!" I think he was the probate real estate guy… And, he sure fits the fun and knowledgeable person helping out homeowners! Peter is Superman!
