“Hello ... I've just completed a year long Probate with an excellent attorney, and even more awesome Realtor ... Peter Stamison. My brother didn't have a Will or Trust when he passed away last year. Needless to say, I was so overwhelmed with the prospect of handling the complex Probate issues and also selling my brother's house in California. I live in Nevada, a long drive away. The minute I met Peter Stamison, the real estate agent recommended by my attorney, I was greeted with such a warm, genuine smile, and he pretty much said to me, "I'll take care of all this for you, Carol."
