Once listed, Peter sold the house in less than two weeks for a great price, so much higher than any other model like my brother's. And, I never had to make the five hour drive back to Santa Clarita (with my sweet, old diabetic pup) after Peter and I had met! We communicated through phone calls, texting and emailing ... and anything about probate questions were easily clarified by Peter since he has probate knowledge and a probate realtor certification. Also, something Peter doesn't often mention is that he was even in four episodes of "Property Brothers!"
